calculate feed value of the machining center
How is the feed value of the cnc machining center calculated? It is very important for programmers and practitioners. |
To correctly calculate the feed value of the cnc machining center, we can look at the following two points:
- It depends on the machine that the machining center actually works. Knife high speed, low feed, large knife low speed, high feed. The amount of hard material under the knife is small, the amount of knife under the soft material is large, and the sticking knife should pay attention to cooling.
- in addition, it has a theoretical value, that is, the line speed multiplied by 1000 divided by 3.14 in addition to the knife diameter, this is told to me, but I don't know if it is right, about this problem, don't care too much about the so-called absolute value of the machining center. There is tolerance between theory and practice, so it is said that the students coming out of the school can't mix it. The real processing is that no one is going to calculate the line speed.
Spindle speed setting during machining:
N=1000×V/(π×D)
Note: N------ Spindle speed (rpm/min)
V-------cutting speed (m/min)
D-------Tool diameter (mm)
Processing feed rate setting:
Note: F-----feed rate (mm/min)
M-----Tool edge number
Fn-----Cutter size of the tool (mm/rev)
Setting per blade:
Fn=Z×Fz
Note: Z-----number of blades
Fz-----cutting amount per tool (mm/rev)
